Exterior cleaning in Carryduff
Carryduff sits on the Saintfield Road corridor south of Belfast — close enough that we are through it regularly on jobs towards the city and the Down countryside.
Newer estates and tired PVC
A lot of Carryduff housing went up in waves from the 1980s onwards: family estates, conservatories and PVC that has had time to go green on the shaded side. We travel here for gutters, soffits, conservatory roofs and driveways. Window cleaning rounds do not run this side of Belfast.
Driveways take the road dirt
The Saintfield Road and the feeder estates put a lot of tyre film and winter grit onto concrete and block paving. Driveways here respond well to a proper pressure wash, and on block paving we re-sand the joints afterwards so the blocks stay locked and weeds do not walk straight back in.
Trees along the edges of the estates
Where Carryduff meets the countryside — Knockbracken, Purdysburn and the lanes out towards Moneyreagh — gutters fill faster with leaf litter. Once a year is realistic if you are under trees. We vacuum from the ground up to 40ft, so the house and the garage run get done in the same visit.
