Soffit and fascia cleaning

Why they look dirty so quickly

They sit in the splash and drip zone under the roof. Gutters that overflow make it worse. Cleaning the PVC without clearing the gutters is half a job — which is why most customers book both together.

How we clean them

Soft brushes and the right wash for PVC, worked from the ground where we can. No aggressive grit that hazes the plastic. Painted timber trim is assessed separately — we will not blast paint off and call it clean.
