Pressure washing in Belfast and Lisburn

Green algae, tyre marks and years of weathering make hard surfaces look older than they are. We pressure wash concrete, brick, block paving, stone and tarmac across Belfast, Lisburn and the surrounding towns. At home, that means driveways and patios. For businesses, it means the car parks, yards and unit fronts that customers judge you on before they get through the door.

What we clean

At home: driveways, patios, paths, steps, courtyards and garden walls. On commercial sites: car parks, loading bays, service yards, forecourts, warehouse aprons, bin stores, walkways and fire escapes. If it is hard standing and it has gone green or stained, we can usually bring it back.

Commercial and regular maintenance

Most of our commercial work is done on a schedule rather than as a single job. That might be a car park every three months, a forecourt every spring or unit cladding once a year. It costs less per visit than a rescue job and the site never gets to the state where customers notice it. We can work outside trading hours where access allows, invoice monthly, and send a method statement and risk assessment before we start. Public liability cover is £1,000,000. Cladding and building elevations

Profiled steel, composite panel and painted cladding are not pressure washing jobs in the usual sense. High pressure drives water behind the panel joints and can lift the coating, so we soft wash those instead. We use the right cleaning solution at low pressure, then rinse it all down. How we work

The surface decides the pressure and the detergent. Soft stone and older pointing get a lighter touch, while hard concrete can take more. We lift the growth and dirt out of the pores rather than blasting the top layer off, then rinse clean so you are not left with grey slurry everywhere.

Block paving and re-sanding

On block paving we can clean and then re-sand the joints once the surface is dry. That locks the blocks again and stops weeds finding an easy gap. Ask for it when you book if the joints look washed out.
